2. Reservations and Payments

Customers must respect local cultures, follow guide instructions, and act responsibly toward the environment and other travelers. Mountain Adventure Trek reserves the right to terminate services for inappropriate behavior.

6. Agency Responsibilities

6.1. Service Quality

8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

8.2. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of Peru, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cusco.
