In one day, you can see nature, go on an adventure, and see amazing views.
- 4:30 a.m. – Pickup at the hotel (Cusco Historic Center): We'll get up early to make the most of the day. Our tour bus will pick you up at your hotel and take you north of Cusco to start the trip.
- 7:30 a.m. Breakfast in Mollepata: Eat an Andean breakfast in the beautiful village of Mollepata, which is surrounded by mountains and fresh air.
- 9:00 a.m.: Arrive in Soraypampa and start hiking: We'll start the hike to Humantay Lake, which will take about an hour and a half, after a short safety talk.
- The trail is hard but open to everyone, making it great for people who want to have an adventure with amazing views.
- 10:30 a.m. – Get to Humantay Lagoon: Get ready to be blown away (both literally and figuratively)! The turquoise waters of the lagoon come from glaciers and are at the foot of the huge Humantay mountain. You will have some free time to explore, take pictures, do a small Andean ceremony of thanks to Pachamama, or just relax and take in the scenery.
- 12:00 p.m. – Go back to Soraypampa: A slow descent back to the starting point.
- Buffet lunch in Mollepata at 1:30 p.m.: Enjoy the best of the local food in a cozy, rural setting with a variety of traditional dishes.
- 3:00 p.m. – Go back to Cusco: Our transportation will take you back to your hotel in comfort.
- 6:00 p.m. – Get to Cusco
